Johns Hopkins to open in Malaysia!

Health Tourism Magazine says that Johns Hopkins might be getting involved with Malaysia Healthcare. The world-renowned institution has remained unspoken about the decision, but a partnership with Sitt Tatt Bhd (STB) has already been made and a piece of land in Selangor has been identified for a medical city development.
The Selangor State Development Corp (PKNS) issued a statement yesterday saying that it was in the final stages of planning a healthcare city in the state. “PKNS is the first state development agency to initiate a private-public collaboration of a healthcare development of such magnitude,” PKNS general manager Othman Omar said.
Othman, when contacted to ask if this was the same site where Johns Hopkins might be located, said he was unable to reveal more information.
